2025 Mid-Size Mosaic

This unique mosaic, measuring 46 x 29 cm (18 x 11.5 Inch), is a one-of-a-kind creation by the artist Paulien.

Crafted entirely by hand, each piece is made using an array of carefully sourced, recycled materials. The mosaic incorporates fragments from the iconic KLM houses, which are sourced directly from the factory that manufactures them for KLM—ensuring that no new houses are damaged or destroyed in the process. Additionally, the piece features fragments of blue recycled glass, repurposed from used wine and water bottles.

This artwork not only celebrates creativity and craftsmanship but also promotes sustainability through the use of reclaimed materials.
